At the beginning of July the 10th Warsaw International Meeting took place in Warsaw. Stan presented some results on the behaviour of labour flows over the business cycle for the transition and pos-transition eriod in Poland.

And Lucas gave a  talk on our new study relating the speed of labor market adjustment during the transition process to the subsequent performance of these economies in terms of labor productivity growth as well as inequality.
