The annual conference organized by the Bank of Lithuania attracted wonderful speakers and Werner Eichhorst as a keynote. We discussed the role of automation and robotization in labor market developments in the future. We argued that experience of transition informs quite well about the potential Armaggedons (and lack thereof), useful for policy guidance.
