We had a chance to show our work on statistical discrimination at a young age at the AIEL 2021 Annual Conference. Each year, AIEL is a meeting of labor economists, with keen interest in inequality, gender and family. We were very lucky to present our paper in a wonderful session chaired by Fernanda Mazzotta. Great comments and questions inspiring to further research in the field.
