Requirements: Good command of English and knowledge of STATA or R are a must. We welcome applications from candidates who have interest in applied and quantitative economics. The project will feature parallel processing of many standard data as well as working with dataset in excess of 10GB. We thus particularly value interest in empirical analyses, especially in labor economics, prior experience with microeconometrics methods is appreciated but not a prerequisite.
Tasks: The assistants will be responsible for coding, data management, and data analysis. We welcome involvement in actually studying the topic with us (reviewing relevant literature and active participation in writing the articles). We are open to co-authoring by the research assistants.
