The results of our research on gender gaps in Poland has been presented during International Conference "Current Economic Trends in Emerging and Developing Countries" (TIMTED-2013), and for the prepared article Karolina was awarded TIMTED Prize for best PhD Student. Although it was the first edition of TIMTED, everyone were amazed by perfect organization. It is great choice for PhD students, who could get the comments and advices not only after their presentations, but also during Academic Networking Event, and academic writing workshop.

Not to brag too much, but Karolina Goraus was awarded for the best PhD presentation. Also, her other paper was published in Timisoara Journal of Economics and Business
