This year, at the BSE Summer Forum, Marcin presented our paper examining the link between wealth inequality and demographic change. In the paper, we introduce a novel decomposition that highlights the pivotal role of demographic and cohort-level dynamics in the rise of U.S. wealth inequality since 1975.
